Avocado Cauliflower on Toast Recipe

Ingredients for Avo Cauli toast
- Turban Chopsticks’ Cauliflower chutney
- 2 slices of your bread of choice
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon wedge
- Chia seeds
Method
Toast your slices of bread. Slice the avocado into thin slices. Take a big scoop of Turban Chopsticks’ Cauliflower chutney and generously spread on toast. Put the sliced avocado on top and add a squeeze of lemon. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chia seeds on top.
Turban tips
Smash avo and top with olive oil and chilli flakes for a delicious variation.
Top with slices of fresh tomato and fried mushrooms for a loaded breakie option.
