Willie & Wato's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peter & Donna are the creators of Willie & Wato's Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Their olives are grown on a Wheatbelt property, known as Windermere, just north of Lake Grace in WA.
They started their little grove eight years ago - just to see if olives would grow here in the wheatbelt... Two years after planting, they had olives.
They started out using the olives as table olives for family and friends, mixing up many different concoctions in their humble kitchen. People visiting the farm would leave with an armful of jars as they were conned into being taste testers.
In 2021 they decided to have their olives pressed. They harvest by hand and then immediately cold press for optimal flavour and freshness. Willie & Wato's EVOO was on its way.
They produce boutique award winning olive oil: 2021-Bronze and 2022-Silver.

Carlaminda
Carlaminda is based in the beautiful Ferguson Valley in the South West region of WA.
David’s parents, Brian and Val, have been private growers of beef since the 1970’s. In fact, they started their own journey in the Ferguson Valley all those years ago. They bought the Carlaminda farm in the early 1980’s to expand their cattle herd, and with Brian and Val now retired, we are so pleased that we can carry on the family tradition of farming cattle.
It had always been a dream of David’s to raise his family on the Carlaminda farm and follow in his parents’ footsteps. That dream has become a reality. David and Helen are now raising their family at Carlaminda, and running their breeder herds of beef cattle.
They are very fortunate to be living in the Ferguson Valley with its rich chocolate loam soils. Brian always used to say, “To grow good beef, you must first grow good grass.” This is a value that they live by.
Carlaminda Beef is a family enterprise. Each member of the family share roles, interests and passions within the beef business.
The children (Jessica, Emily and Alexander) own their own breeders and actively help in the yards and moving cattle. Another task they (not so actively) help with, is the bagging of cow pats in the paddocks to use on the vegetable gardens.
You can now order half and quarter sides of beef from Carlaminda farm. It will be profesionally butchered and available for pick up from Australind (north of Bunbury).
The Good Goat
Located in the Great Southern of WA, The Good Goat is passionate about supplying quality, affordable fresh goat meat all year round. Farming for the love of their goats and dedication to their customers, their goats are fed their own oaten hay in the summer months and happily graze on a variety of natural green pastures in the winter months.
The Venn family have been farming in the Great Southern region of WA for over two decades. Primarily farming Merino sheep and cattle. Four years ago Anthony decided to buy a couple hundred goats to trial and they haven’t looked back.
Their breeding flock has grown exponentially, allowing them to offer premium fresh goat meat all year round. The farm is 100% family operated which means the Venn family have full control over if, when and how their goats are handled – which is minimal as goats are quite self-sufficient and need very little intervention from humans. This leaves the goats free to graze happily on the wide open paddocks.
“They are fed our own oaten hay in the summer months and graze on natural grasses in the winter months. They also do a great job of keeping weeds down. The nutritional benefits of goats surpass that of lamb and beef with almost double the iron content and less saturated fat. Goats are mild in taste and when cooked slowly and delicately, the flavour and tenderness is unique and mouthwatering. We love and respect all our animals and goats require little intervention, leaving them happy and stress free which reflects in the delicate meat.”
You can order whole and half goats as well as various other cuts from the Venn family. Orders are available for pick up from Bunbury, Katanning and Narrogin.
Australian Black Limes
The Trethewey family purchased their 30 acre property in Gingin WA in 1999 where they raised their three sons.
Over the years they planted mango trees and vineyards.
Nowadays, the farm boasts of 500 lime trees and they have established themselves as Australia's first and only black lime farm.
The Trethewey family have been working hard at becoming self sustainable and now have a 19kw solar system backed up by 4 (10kw) batteries. In 2022 the farm became an off-grid property by disconnecting from the grid entirely. This means all reticulation, producing and processing of Australia's black limes has been achieved with renewable energy.
Their goal is to produce spray free, quality black limes to the Australian public.
You an order their black lime products through their stall, they offer Australia wide shipping.
Bluey Zarzov's Hot Sauce
As passionate gardening, cooking and chilli enthusiasts, Paul and Robyn merged these three elements to create something truly exceptional.
For years, hot sauce making remained a cherished hobby, allowing them to experiment with different chilli varieties and flavours. However, when the COVID-19 pandemic led to the loss of their jobs, they made the bold decision to transform their passion into a full-fledged hot sauce manufacturing business. Harnessing the finest fresh produce available in Western Australia, they meticulously curated their best recipes to embark on this exciting new venture.
Driven by their eagerness to share these delightful flavours with the world, their journey began. After three years of dedication, their hot sauces have gained significant popularity across WA.
What sets them apart is their commitment to providing a 100% natural flavour experience. All their products, (including the T-shirts according to Paul) are gluten-free, plant-based and nut-free. They take pride in crafting their hotsauces without any artificial preservatives, colours, or flavours.
You can view and order their amazing range of hot sauces on their stall, they ship Australia wide.
Block 275
Farming in the Northern Agricultural region of WA is amazing. Challenging at times, but amazing. The Mann family's farm, Midoxgate, is at the mercy of Mother Nature much like the rest of Australian agriculture. BLOCK 275 was created as a way of buffering themselves from the unpredictability of the weather and the markets.
The Manns grow a GM-free variety of canola called Bonito. In 2019, it was grown in their Tractor Hill, Diesel's & House paddocks. It was harvested by them, and then pressed on site at the farm. It is then bottled by hand, ready for you to enjoy.
They work hard to produce a sustainable product that has full traceability and provenance.
BLOCK 275 COLD PRESSED CANOLA OIL is a premium product. They put it through a mechanical press, filter out any waxes, and bottle it. That's it. No solvents or hexane is used. It's not heated or bleached. They use dark coloured glass bottles to protect the oil and be kind to the environment.
It's this gentle approach to crushing the canola that produces a beautiful golden coloured oil with a naturally nutty flavour and aroma - nothing like the commercial grade, highly processed and refined canola oil you see in bulk plastic containers in the supermarket.
Their canola oil is available in various sized bottles and they offer Australia wide shipping. Please order through the Block 275 Stall.
Micro Lote Coffee
Meet Mauricio, founder of Micro Lote Coffee. Micro Lote's mission is to work and support sustainable small farming in Colombia in line with ESG standards, striving to achieve a balance in the coffee industry and to bring the best coffee to Australia at a competitive price without compromising on quality.
Established in Perth in 2018, Micro Lote Coffee is purchased directly from Cooperatives in the South and Center of Colombia and roasted in Perth, WA.
These cooperatives are owned by small coffee farmers with an average landholding of 2 hectares per family who work together to receive a fair price for their coffee.
Eliminating the middleman from the supply chain allows Micro Lote Coffee and the Cooperatives to show a commitment to the wellbeing of farmers and their 600 families, and to protect the environment by discouraging land clearing and preserving precious water reserves.
You can view the Honest Coffee Documentary and buy their Perth roasted coffee beans on their website.

Gloria Dieu Farm
The Theron family own and operate Gloria Dieu Farm, near Mt Barker in the Great Southern. Their three main enterprises are premium fresh apricots, prime lamb and stud sheep breeding.
Their mission:
*to produce fresh healthy and tasty food using regenerative farming practices
*to supply year round healthy fruit alternatives and meat products suitable to all consumers
*to create training & teaching opportunity in Agriculture to the next generation through their school programs
*to share their blessings with others through "Empower & Feeding" programs in needy communities overseas
Their 2000 trees are personally tended through every stage in every season with newly planted and grafted trees in addition to mature fruit bearing trees.
The Therons believe in their product and even though some apricots didn't meet the aesthetic standard to sell fresh, the flavour & nutrition remained - that is why they created Fruit Crunchies and Pack-A-Punch Fruit Chips. These products also utilise surrounding producers' unused, imperfect flavoursome strawberries and apples as part of their no-waste philosophy.
They want to produce delicious and nourishing products that not only care for their customers but also for our planet.
All their products are grown regeneratively, from the grazing paddocks and hay for their lamb to the fruit produced in their orchard.
They also have a no waste philosophy. This means that every product they grow is used, either as a fresh fruit, dried or freeze dried. When fruit doesn't meet the standards to be sold fresh, they still use it in one of their other products.
Order through their stall - shipping available Australia wide on fruit products (lamb has limited delivery areas)

Turban Chopsticks
Meet Mei, the founder of Turban Chopsticks. Born in Malaysia to Chinese parents and raised in Australia by a full house of bakers, chefs, restaurant owners, food businesses, home cooks, and (some say extreme) food lovers, Mei was always exposed to a bold variety of cuisines and exotic ingredients.
At the Yong House, fresh croissants baking in the oven and simmering pots of curry on the stove weren't a special occasion, but a daily affair, where food is the highest expression of love and care.
"In our busy multicultural family life, it wasn't the glue that held us together, it was the curry and satays, and stirfrys, and dahl... the food!"
Mei created Turban Chopsticks to give busy mums and dads, working professionals, and enthusiastic home cooks a sneaky shortcut. A shortcut to beautifully home cooked Asian and Indian inspired meals complete with unmistakable authentic flavour.
"Turban Chopsticks is my life's work and passion. It's the combination of all my food influences, my culture and heritage, my love of spices, and my desire to share beautiful nutritious food all wrapped up in a range of colourful meal kits and sauce jars."

Nectar Honey
Nectar Honey was launched in 2016 in the north of Perth, Western Australia when founders James, Sarah and Dave began to learn of the wonders of bees from family friend 'Dan the Bee man'. The team inherited invaluable wisdom from Dan's decades of experience - from where to locate the hives for the best tasting honey, to how to keep healthy bees.
From its inception, the Nectar Honey family has grown to include new team members, including 2 million + happy bees.
Since their beginnings, community has been the key business for Nectar Honey. Not just healthy communities of bees, but also people.
Nectar Honey was started so they could help more people. When you buy a jar of their honey, you are doing a good thing, with sales from each jar supporting people who need a little help to flourish. The Margaret River Truffle Farm
"It all started around 2012 on a weekend away in Margaret River with a tub of truffle butter my wife and I picked up from a food festival. I didn't expect much but from the very first taste I was hooked. More importantly, my curiosity went crazy. What's a Truffle? Most of my career had been spent working remotely in the resources industry, but with the arrival of baby Billy and Charley on the way, I was confronted with the reality that I must work from home. I have to provide and I want my kids to grow up on a property! I could become a farmer..."
The Margaret River Truffle Farm sits on some of the world's oldest soils in the heart of the charming Margaret River Region. The family live immersed in a reciprocal relationship with this perfect patch of ground in which they have set their roots. Learning, evolving and consciously living in symbiosis with their environment.
They see farming as an undertaking of hope and have put everything they have worked for and all their courage into this mad idea to grow one of farming's most elusive crops - The Truffle.
Seven-hundred truffle incoculated Oak and Hazelnut trees are nestled between two stands of native forest. A gang of Muscovy ducks wake every morning and head out to forage for bugs between the rows, a few sheep help with weed control on occasion and hives of bees work tirelessly to pollinate the native grasses and flowers they encourage as a cover crop.
With sustainability woven into the core of their identity, theirs is a story with a rich past, a bright future and an endless present, where truffle growing goes on against this exquisite natural backdrop they are fortunate enough to call their home.

Wildebeest Beverages
Wildebeest Tonic is the product of Carlos and Rebecca. Your average married couple with two young boys and a vision to change how you think about your drink.
Carlos is originally from Portugal and has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years both international, national and local. Throughout this time, he learnt that it is possible to run a venue from all ends in a sustainable way - focusing on using seasonal, local ingredients, and working towards creating minimal waste.
It was in Melbourne, when Carlos was working at Green Park alongside James Madden and Howard Stamp that the decision to craft in-house tonic and other in-house mixers came to fruition. And so, his handcrafted tonic was brought to life.
A few years later, with Perth now their home base, their focus is simple: Keep it Natural. Keep it Sustainable. Keep it Tasting Good.
You can view their list of WA stockists or order online through their website. They ship Australia wide.
Solarfruit
Meet Sue & Steve Collis - Solarfruit is their family owned business located in the small West Australian town of Donnybrook. In 1994, a secret family recipe for sun-dried fruit bars received such favourable comments during a trip around Australia, that they decided to start a business making their dried fruit bars.
They have raised their family while growing the business, and being a naturally health conscious couple, they are constantly looking at ways to improve an already superlative product, to make it as pure as possible. You're welcome to pay them a visit at their property in Donnybrook, a picturesque valley of abundance in the south western corner of Australia. On your way here, you can find out about other attractions in the area by listening to the Tourist Radio channel.
Sue & Steve look forward to meeting you and showing you around their farm factory.
Their sundried fruit bars make the perfect lunchbox treat (and also great for snacking on the go). They ship Australia wide.
Marigold Lamb
Meet Nicola, Ollie and Andrew - The Marigold Lamb Team. They are sheep farmers who farm with science, with respect, with integrity and are very proud of their product. Their family owned and operated farm is located in the Preston Valley of WA's beautiful Southwest.
They know lamb is much more than just loin chops (though delicious) and by buying a whole lamb you will discover all of the wonderful cuts, try something new and be inspired in the kitchen. So called 'secondary cuts' will soon become your family favourites.
They offer premium pasture-raised whole lamb in a box, giving you the paddock-to-plate experience. They operate for customers who care about the provenance of their food.
Ordered lamb can be picked up from Donnybrook or Perth (Applecross).
Galloway Springs Pastured Poultry
Meet Emily, the hands and heart behind Galloway Springs Pastured Poultry.
Emily produces small batches of chickens in "tractors" which are moved onto fresh pasture every day. As well as foraging, the birds are fed fermented grains and a protein-rich pellet. Raising meat chickens this way ensures that the meat is flavoursome with high quality fat. The chickens are processed at Southampton Homestead abattoir in Balingup, which minimises travel stress on the birds.
Emily is part of the Galloway Springs Farm family. They follow holistic and regenerative farming practises. With soil health at its core, they aim to grow diverse pastures which supports its animals, humans and landscape.
You can purchase directly from Emily through her stall and pick up your pasture raised poultry at their farm just south of Bridgetown.
Damper Gully Farms
Andrew, Lisa, Paul & Avis Falcinella are potato farmers in Manjimup. Andrew is the 3rd generation of his family to carry on potato growing and has been involved in farming for the last 20+ years.
"We are farming more regeneratively and will keep improving and learning through this journey and way of farming. Soil and human health are very important to us and we know that our food can only be as nutritious and healthy as our soils are. Potatoes are an important staple in our diet but are tough on the land, so we are finding ways to keep producing but also nurture our soils so that they can function the best way that we know they possibly can."
They are passionate about potatoes and the land they use to grow them.
Damper Gully has a wide variety of spuds. You can order from their stall. Pick up is available from the farm just outside Manjimup.
Farm Fresh Truffles
Farm Fresh Truffles consists of two truffle farming families living in the Pemberton region.
Together they have over 2000 trees, a mix of Hazelnut and Oaks, planted approximately 12 years ago.
They were disappointed by how many truffle based products used an artificial truffle essence to produce the distinctive aroma. So they decided to start making their Farm Fresh Truffle Salt to show people the real flavour of geniune black truffle.
Their truffle salt is made from 100% Australian ingredients with no artificial flavours or additives. They only use two ingredients:
Fresh black truffle (from our farms) and
Pyramid Flake Sea Salt (from the unpolluted ancestral seabeds of the Loddon Plains in Victoria).
"Made with love, from our family to yours. We hope you enjoy our truffle salt! - Cheers Tom, Elke, Nigel & Cathy"
They offer free Australia wide shipping. You can order directly from their stall.
Margaret River Made
Tracey's haircare journey began on a rainy day in Margaret River in 2018 when she was researching ingredients for soap and came across shampoo bars. "I thought, Wow, what a great idea - water free, waste free, plastic free... I began researching exactly what was in bottled Shampoo & Conditioner (including the very expensive plant-based shampoo I was using at the time)."
She began to wonder why we were all happily paying for a plastic bottle filled with mostly water when we don't really need to. She asked herself why she was paying for known irritants, sulfates, silicones, glycols, pegs plus loads more, when there were way better alternatives emerging.
Tracey's passion grew - creating hair care that she could be proud of and that her children could use.
MRM Personal Hygiene Products include: Hair care products (shampoo & conditioner bars), skincare products, deodorant, soap bars, bath salts, hand wash, lipcare as well as pet and home care products.

Arthur's Grove
Adrian & Jo's 125-acre farm in the Southwest is on the fringes of the Wheatbelt in the West Arthur Shire. It has over 3000 olive trees whose sole occupation is to translate the soil and water into plump olives which they harvest, process and bring to market.
The oldest trees are young adults in their twenties while the youngest number their age in mere months. They grow a range of olive varietals from peppery Frantoio and succulent Kalamata to fruity Manzanillo and mellow Hardy's Mammoth.
At harvest time, most of their olives are pressed into Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A portion of their olives are crushed with fresh fruit (for instance lime, lemon or garlic) agrumato style to create popular flavoured oils used as finishing oils for pastas or roasts and in salads or on fresh bread.
They also hand pick olives to be preserved the traditional way before being presented in brine, vinegar or EVOO, plain or marinated in a selection of herbs and spices.
Their products are sold in shops, used by restaurants and sold at farmer's markets as well as online. While all this is happening, they continue pruning, watering, feeding and nurturing their trees to keep next year's harvest on track.
You can order directly from their stall, they ship Australia wide.
Crowea Gardening Systems
We are a Swiss-Australian family living in the beautiful South West, near Northcliffe. We've always wanted to grow our own vegetables, but found it too hard the conventional way. The soil here is very poor and the local wildlife only too eager to devour anything green.
We came up with the current design, as it is easy to handle and build. We started selling the garden systems at fairs and markets in the area with great success.
Now, we offer the Growea Garden System to the rest of Australia for you to enjoy the benefits of fresh, home-grown produce.
You can easily order your flat-pack solution online from Tom and Elke. Visit their website for more details and to place your order.
Thuringia Estate
We were founded in 2015 with a vision to bring the unique tastes and vibes of the South West to you, all with the focus on using locally-sourced produce and ingredients.
We use regenerative farming practices to help build up the organic matter in the soil on our Estate and to grow more nutrient dense foods. We do not use chemicals in our orchard - where needed, weed control is done by steam alone. We have our own bee colonies to help pollinise our beautiful avo trees.
We embrace a zero-waste sustainable philosophy and make sure to use every bit of the produce grown on our farm. What's not fit for human consumption is put to good use in animal feed and composting. We use only the rainwater collected on our farm and our solar panels and battery system provide all our electrical needs.
Products include: Spray-free avocados, cold pressed avocado oil, avocado oil products and raw honey which you can order directly from our stall.
