From bees located in pristine bushland. Foraging on flowers of big Eucalypt trees like Red Gums, Jarrah and Wandoo as well as seasonal natives like banksia and bottlebrush.

Raw, unfiltered and unprocessed from pristine West Australian bushland.

Crystalisation is natural. Enjoy set, or warm until runny. Raw honey never expires, but it may naturally crystalise or set over time. It’s amazing as a spread, on toast or on crumpets. Gently warm to make it runny again.
