Vendor Biography
Bron’s Paddock is more than just a name – it’s a reflection of a passion project born from a new chapter in life. When Bron first settled into farm life alongside her beloved Michael (who runs the farm with his brother Dennis), she started whipping up her delicious preserves and treats as a creative outlet, a little “side gig” in between the rhythms of the farm. This very farm, steeped in history, has been nurtured by Michael’s family since the late 1890s, with Michael and Dennis proudly carrying on the farming tradition as the 4th generation.
Bron’s culinary creations are truly a taste of the land; she pours her heart into every jar, using the vibrant produce grown right there on the farm she’s come to call home. To ensure the freshest and most flavourful ingredients, she also partners with fellow local farmers whenever possible, adding another layer of community connection to her delicious offerings.
