You can specify to have T-bone instead of fillet and porterhouse steaks. Or perhaps you prefer tomahawks over scotch fillet steaks. Don’t want sausages? No problem, we’ll give you more mince instead! All orders come with sausages and/or mince, made from the trimmings. Soup bones and dog bones also come with every order.

Following a 7 day minimum hang time, our carefully selected butcher will prepare and package your meat according to your preferences, such as the quantity of steaks, sausages, or mince in each pack.
It is then individually packaged and labelled ready to go straight into your freezer.
Availability
Our grass fed grass finished beef is available on a first come-first-served basis. We aim to make orders available for collection every month, subject to the availability of our processors.
If we cannot fill your order in the current month, you will be first on the list the following month.
