Carlaminda Beef: The Quarter – Grass Fed & Grass Finished

Carlaminda beef comes from cattle that are raised on open pastures, where they are free to roam and graze – just as nature intended. We believe that this type of environment leads to a happier and healthier animal, and ultimately, better tasting beef.

We take great pride in the way we raise our cattle. We are committed to using only the cleanest and most sustainable farming practises.

Our beef is not only good for you, but good for the environment as well.

Following a 7 day minimum hang time, our carefully selected butcher will prepare and package your meat according to your preferences, such as the quantity of steaks, sausages, or mince in each tray.

Each tray is then individually packaged and labelled ready to go straight into your freezer.

Current orders will be available for collection on 16 May from Pete’s Chop Shop in the Treendale Shopping Centre in Australind and the Donnybrook Butchers in Donnybrook.
