Local Options (Narrogin, WA Area)
Primal Alternative by Michelle is pleased to offer local options for customers in the Narrogin area:
Local Pickup: Free pickup is available . You will be notified when your order is ready with specific pickup instructions.
Local Delivery: We offer a local delivery service within a 15km radius for a flat fee of $10.
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes via Australia Post.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

At Primal Alternative by Michelle, I hand-bake every single item in small batches from my Narrogin kitchen to order. Because the products are fresh, artisanal food items, we cannot accept returns for health and safety reasons.
If you are ever unhappy with the quality of your products, please reach out to me at michellp@primalalternative.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Attach a photo and a brief description, and I will personally work with you to find a solution—whether that’s a replacement or a credit for your next order.
