Description
After each round of customer ordering, carefully selected lambs at their prime are delivered by us direct to the local certified processor and in-turn to the team at Organic and Biodynamic Meats WA in Boyanup.
Carcasses are hung for 7 days to ensure tenderness and flavour, before being cut into your chosen cuts. You will be able to collect your meat from the butcher on the date specified when ordering.
ORDERS WILL BE OPEN APPROX EVERY TWO MONTHS.
