Farming with integrity and using industry best standards, we offer premium pasture raised whole lamb in a box, giving you the paddock-to-plate and nose-to-tail experience. We are located in the Preston Valley, and your lamb will be available for pick up from Donnybrook.
You are charged per kilo carcase weight for your lamb to ensure you get exactly what you pay for. The target carcase weight for each lamb is 24kg (+/- 3kg) which is confirmed by the local certified processor. Our price is $15/kg carcase weight which works out to $360 for a whole prime lamb at target weight.

After each round of customer ordering, carefully selected lambs at their prime are delivered by us direct to the local certified processor and in-turn to our local Donnybrook Butchers.
Carcasses are hung for 7 days to ensure tenderness and flavour, before being cut into your chosen cuts. You will also choose from two dates to collect your lamb from the butcher.
