“ We are farming more regeneratively and will keep improving and learning through this journey and way of farming. Soil and human health are very important to us and we know that our food can only be as nutritious and healthy as our soils are. Potatoes are an important staple in our diet, but are tough on the land, so we are finding ways to keep producing but also nurturing our soils so that they can function the best way that they possibly can.”
