New producer: Australian Black Limes

The Trethewey family purchased their 30 acre property in Gingin, Western Australia in 1999 where they raised their three sons. Over the years they planted Mango trees and vineyards. Nowadays, the farm boasts of 500 lime trees, and they have established themselves as Australia’s first and only black lime farm.

The Trethewey family have been working hard at becoming self sustainable and in 2022 the farm became an off-grid property by disconnecting from the grid entirely. This means all the reticulation, producing and processing of their black limes have been achieved with renewable energy.

Their goal is to produce spray free, quality black limes for the Australian public. To find out more about their farm and see (or order) their products head to their Stall and check it out.
